Registration Process

Registration and Exam Process

Students can buy prospectus from any of our NYCVS authorized Study Center (Branch). For registration, you have to fill the application & exam form provided along with this prospectus. The student has to mention the name of course on the application & exam form. Student’s details will be uploaded on website www.nycvs.in by any Authorized Training Center. Candidates can see his/her enrollment details on the website.

Enclosures with the Application Form
  • Two recent passport size photos.
  • Xerox copy of your high school and last educational qualification.
  • Xerox copy of Aadhar Card.
  • NYCVS gives the facility of final examination for certificate/Diploma six times in a year.

    3. (iii) May
    4. (iv) July
    5. (v) September
    6. (vi) November
  • The exam will be filled clean & clear. If the exam form is incomplete it will not be accepted.
  • Compulsory attach the high School Marks sheets & certificate with the exam form, without Marks & certificate the exam form will not be accepted. NYCVS provides Certificate/Diploma only for passing students.
  • Exam fee is 200/-Rs. Fees will be submitted with the exam form.
  • Result will be declared in 15 days after completing the exam. You can check your result on our website “www.nycvs.in'' And the certificate/Diploma will be issued 15 days after declaring the result.
  • If the student fails in the examination, They will be re-exam for the Certificate/Diploma. Certificates are provided only to those students who passed in the examination.
  • If any student submitted the exam form but he/she will not do well in the exam, then the fee of this student will not be adjusted & not refund.
